Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information this site collects when you create and use an account, why it is collected, and who it is shared with.
Version 2026-09-07
What this policy covers.
It applies to the personal information this site collects about you when you create an account and use it, and to the cookies this site sets in your browser. It does not cover other websites you reach from links here — each of those has a policy of its own.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Apexflip Premium decides what personal information this site collects and what it is used for, and is responsible for it. Our postal address is 100 Crypto Lane, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94105, and anything else we are required to publish about who we are is in the legal line at the foot of every page. You can reach us about anything in this policy at support@coinflipxchange.today.
Where the law that applies to us requires a data protection officer or a local representative to be appointed, we appoint one and publish their contact details beside ours. If you cannot find them, ask us and we will tell you whether one has been appointed and how to reach them.
2. What we collect when you register
The registration form on this site asks for:
- your first and last name;
- your email address;
- a password, which is hashed before storage and never kept in readable form;
- your phone number, country and account currency, where you provide them;
- a referral code, if you were introduced by an existing customer; and
- your answer to the marketing question, and your agreement to the terms — which we store together with the date and the version of the terms you agreed to.
3. What is recorded as you use your account
Beyond what you type into the registration form, your account record may also hold:
- whether your email address has been verified, and the tokens used to verify it or to reset a password;
- whether two-factor authentication is switched on, and its recovery codes;
- the time you last signed in, when your password was last changed, and the network address it was changed from — kept so that unauthorised access can be detected and investigated;
- your notification and communication preferences;
- anything you add to your own profile, such as a photograph, date of birth or company name; and
- the records created by what you do here — for example transactions, requests and support messages.
Depending on which parts of this site you use, we may also hold:
- the identity documents and proof of address you send us when your account is verified, and the result of that check;
- the payment details you fund or withdraw with, and the record of every movement of money on your account;
- the messages you send us — email, live chat and anything you attach to them;
- the positions, orders, plans and strategies on your account, and the record of what was opened and closed and when; and
- the technical record every website keeps: the network address your browser connects from, which pages it asked for and when, and what kind of device and browser it is. We keep it to make the site work and to detect misuse of it.
Any analytics, advertising or session-recording tool that runs on this site is named in the cookies section below. If none is named there, none is in use.
4. Why we use it
- to create your account, sign you in, and keep it working;
- to verify your email address and, where enabled, your identity;
- to carry out and keep a record of what you ask us to do;
- to detect and investigate unauthorised access, fraud and misuse;
- to answer you when you contact us, and to send service messages about your account; and
- to send marketing, only where you have asked us to.
Service messages — a password reset, a verification link, a notice about your account — are not marketing, and are sent whether or not you have opted in, because your account cannot be operated without them.
Where the law that applies to you requires us to have a specific legal basis before we use your information, this is what we rely on:
- to create and operate your account, to carry out what you ask us to do with it, and to charge you for it — because it is necessary in order to perform our contract with you;
- to verify your identity, to prevent money laundering and fraud, and to keep the records we are obliged to keep — because the law requires it of us;
- to keep this site secure, to investigate misuse of it, and to improve what we offer — because we have a legitimate interest in doing so, which we have weighed against your interest in being left alone; and
- to send you marketing, and to set any cookie that is not strictly necessary — because you agreed, and only for as long as you have not withdrawn that agreement.
Where our basis is your agreement, you can withdraw it at any time; withdrawing it stops what happens next and does not undo what was done while it was in place. Where our basis is our own legitimate interest, you can object to it — section 10 says how.
5. Marketing
The registration form asks separately whether you want product news and offers, and the answer is stored on your account. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can change it at any time in your account settings or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
6. Cookies
This site sets a cookie when you sign in so that it can keep you signed in as you move between pages. Without it you would have to sign in on every page.
Besides the sign-in cookie described above, this site sets:
- a session cookie, which keeps track of what you are doing while you are on the site and is discarded when you close the browser;
- a preference cookie, which remembers the country and the currency you chose, so that prices are shown the way you last asked for them; and
- a security cookie, which lets us tell a genuine form submission from an automated one.
All of these are necessary for the site to do what you came to it for, so they are set without asking you first. We set no advertising cookie, and none that follows you onto other websites. If we add an analytics, advertising or embedded-media cookie, we will list it here with what it does and how long it lasts, and — where the law that applies to you requires it — ask your agreement before it is set.
This site also stores a little information in the browser itself rather than in a cookie: whether you chose the light or the dark appearance, for example. That never leaves your device and is never sent to us.
You can delete cookies, and refuse them, in your browser's settings. If you refuse the sign-in cookie you will not be able to stay signed in from one page to the next.
7. Who your information is shared with
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared with the service providers needed to run this site — for example the companies that host it and deliver its email — and with anyone we are legally required to share it with.
We use other companies to do things we cannot do ourselves. Each receives only what it needs:
- the company that hosts this site and its database, which necessarily stores everything on it;
- the company that delivers our email, which receives your email address and what the message says;
- the payment providers you fund and withdraw through, which receive your name and the details of the payment;
- where your account is verified, the provider that carries the check out, which receives the documents you sent and returns its result; and
- any provider named in the cookies section above.
None of them may use your information for its own purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anybody else's advertising.
Some of these companies operate in a country other than the one you live in. Where your information leaves the country it was collected in, we send it only where the law that applies to us allows — under an adequacy decision, under standard contractual terms, or with your agreement. Ask us and we will tell you which providers we use at the moment and where each of them is.
8. How long it is kept
Account records are kept for as long as the account is open. After it is closed, some records are kept longer where there is a reason to — an unresolved dispute, or a legal requirement to retain them.
How long a record is kept depends on what it is:
- your account record and the record of every transaction on it — while the account is open, and afterwards for as long as the financial and anti-money-laundering rules that apply to us require those records to be kept;
- identity documents and the result of a verification check — for the period those same rules set, after which they are deleted;
- messages you send us — while they are needed to answer you, and to show what was said if the matter is disputed later;
- security records, such as sign-in times and the addresses they came from — for a short period, unless one of them forms part of an investigation; and
- your marketing preferences — until you change them. That includes the record that you unsubscribed, which we keep precisely so that we do not contact you again by mistake.
When a period ends the record is deleted, or stripped of everything that connects it to you. Where a record is caught by an unresolved dispute, a legal claim or a request from an authority, it is kept until that is finished and then deleted.
9. How it is protected
Passwords are hashed, never stored in a form anyone can read. Access to customer records is restricted to the people operating this site. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to protect your own credentials — see the terms.
10. Your rights
What rights you have over your information depends on where you live, and this site is used from many countries. Where the law that applies to you gives them, you can:
- ask for a copy of what we hold about you, and to be told what we do with it;
- have anything wrong corrected, and anything incomplete completed;
- ask us to delete information we no longer have a reason to keep;
- ask us to pause or limit a particular use while a question about it is resolved;
- object to a use we base on our own legitimate interest, and stop marketing at any time, with no reason needed; and
- receive what you gave us in a machine-readable form, or have it sent to another provider.
To use any of these, write to support@coinflipxchange.today and say what you want. It costs you nothing. We may need to confirm who you are first, so that we do not hand your information to somebody else, and we will answer as quickly as we can and in any case within the time the law allows.
Some of these rights have limits — we cannot delete a record we are required to keep, for instance. Where we cannot do what you asked, we will tell you why. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the authority responsible for data protection in the country where you live, or in the country where we are established.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we publish the updated version here, with a new version number at the top of the page.
12. Contacting us about your information
Write to support@coinflipxchange.today, or to the postal address printed beside it, marking the message for whoever handles data protection. Tell us what you want, and enough about your account for us to find it.
We answer in the order messages arrive and aim to reply within five working days, and in any case within whatever time the law that applies to you allows for the request you have made.
